All our fabrication staff are trained to take a project from start to finish. Specifying the type of metal for specific locations and applications, making sure the fixings are of sufficient specification and then moving on to programming the project on CAD using the latest Solidworks software.
Guillotining, punching, laser cutting, folding, and welding make up the standard process and other processes can be added along the way. If something special is required then why not discuss it? It may be a finish, powder coat, wet paint, galvanising, plating or anodising then this can be accommodated. DCL can also provide an assembly service so if a project needs putting together and testing, we are happy to help
